CBD peanut butter

Cooking with CBD is a great way to stay relaxed. Humans and pets alike love peanut butter for its great taste and creamy texture, so why not combine them? In this guide we will show you the simple and easy steps to making your very own homemade CBD Peanut butter. The best part is that you or your pets can enjoy when you use CBD Distillate. No harmful terpenes or flavorings have been added so your pups and kittens will love it!

To get the dosing right you are goin to want to know the correct amount of CBD to infuse with your peanut butter. In a normal 40oz jar of peanut butter there are around 35 servings. So if you wanted 25mg of CBD per serving just calculate (25mg CBD) * (35 servings) and you would get 875 mg of CBD distillate/isolate required.

Your animal freinds might not need that much CBD per serving so consider lowering it to around 0.25mg CBD x 0.5kg of body weight for them.

What you need

  1. Get a pan and apply a thin coat of olive oil or vegetable oil to prevent sticking
  2. Pour in your peanut butter and stir in the CBD distillate or isolate
  3. Put the pan in the oven at 300 degrees or on a stovetop at low-medium heat.
  4. Stir frequently to ensure that nothing sticks or burns.
  5. Do this for about ten minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool down while still stirring.
  6. Pour into a container and refrigerate to make less runny and thicker.
  7. Now you or your pets can enjoy CBD peanut butter!
